Biennale de Danse en Afrique

Biennale de la Danse en Afrique is a biennial festival of contemporary dance held in Africa that encourages dancers to explore and interpret movement in their own unique way.
Inspired by the artist Henri Matisse and his famous artwork The dance, I decided to follow one of his known cut outs technique and created my own cut-outs of various dance movements. I had the idea to create a logo using these cut-outs, utilizing the style of the typography below.
